A Wine for Everyone

White Wines
Our white wines are crisp, light, and make a perfect start to your tasting experience. You can try our 2019 Estate Verdejo, which has subtly sweet tropical notes of citrus blossom, lychee, and banana on the nose. We also offer an Albariño with notes of lemon, apricot, and tangy grapefruit pith.

Rosados
Rosé wine, also called rosado, is incredibly refreshing and may have been the first type of wine to be produced in history. At our tasting rooms, you can sample our rosé wines, including our 2018 Estate varietal. This is a rosado made from Garnacha grapes. It has luscious fruity notes of green apple, grapefruit, and peach.

Red Wines
Red wines remain the most popular option among wine drinkers and different varietals have different flavor profiles. Wilhelm Family Vineyards has both dry and sweet options, including blends, reserves, and estate wines.

Dessert Wines
If you prefer sweet and/or flavored wines, you should try our dessert wines. We have a unique selection that includes butterscotch-flavored white wine, chocolate mint red wine, and many more. For something more classic, you can enjoy our decadent red dessert wine, Sunset.

Sangrias
For a refreshing option, you can try our Sangrias. We have options made with red and white wine and include unique and delicious flavors. This includes classic citrus, bold jalapeño, and more.

Tips for Wine Tasting

Don’t Wear Perfume or Cologne
To get the most out of your wine tasting experience, we recommend avoiding any strong fragrances. Your perfume or cologne can overpower the aroma and flavor of the wines.

Ask Questions
Our team is here to help you have the best tasting experience possible. We are happy to answer your questions about how our wines are made, what grapes we use, the aging process, or anything else that you are curious about. Learning more about the wines you try can give you some insight into their creation and help you appreciate them even more. We can also answer any questions you have about the tasting process.

Consider Trying New Wines
Even if you normally prefer one type of wine, consider trying some new varieties. A wine tasting is a perfect time to explore wines you wouldn’t normally drink. You may even find your new favorite.

Write Down Your Experience
Taking notes during your tasting can help you remember which wines you liked and which you didn’t. There’s no right or wrong way to do this. Your notes don’t have to be formal and you can simply write what you think of each variety you try. This helps you learn more about your preferences and get an idea of how different types of wine typically taste to you.
